Cornuda
Cornuda is located in a territory of incredible natural beauty: situated east of Asolo, the hills there cascade down slowly toward Cornuda and make the landscape very unique.
The outskirts of Cornuda were once inhabited by a series of ancient civilizations. Running along the ancient Via Piovega, which united the Piave river to the Brenta, these settlements were important trade-posts for the Ancient Romans and Venetians.
In Cornuda, there are numerous perfect day-trip destinations, including the Bosco Fagare. This area comprises the woodlands between Cornuda and Crocetta del Montello, where one can walk down the specially-designed, informative nature paths. It was also a very important location for ancient civilizations and the Republic of Venice alike, the latter which cherished the trees and used them to make ships.
