 It's spring, nature awakens and gives to our table light and delicate ingredients, satisfying the sense of revival that the season brings.

Since 1987, the harvest period of Asparago Bianco di Cimadolmo PGI, wild hop (bruscandolo), the tarrasaco (dandelion) and poppy plants (rosoline), produces Superb, food and wine event promoted by seven restaurants in the province of Treviso.

Risotto, frittate, arrosti and sauces ready to tease the throats of gourmets. The wild herbs and asparagus flavor to the menu between unusual combinations and rural tradition, just as happens in the fall with winter Cocofungo  with Cocoradicchio.

Aside from stimulating your mouth watering, the eye wants its part. The 2012 Edition with the collaboration with Treviso Comic Book Festival, and the illustrators and cartoonists have enriched the evening offered by restaurateurs.

Superbe may be the perfect opportunity to learn more about the Treviso area, tinged with the arrival of summer of muted shades of shoots and flowers.

The countryside of the province of Treviso can be enjoyed from many angles, not only on gourmet plan (concurrently with Superbe hosts the annual "Spring Buds") but also wine, with the spring of Prosecco, naturalistic and artistic.
